  • The best graphics cards on the market are Nvidia GTX and ATI HD , they are way too expensive. Your best upgrade could be something like HD or GTX Ti. they can run any new games at medium to high settings, make sure your processor is i/i/i from Intel or Phenom II X/X from AMD.

  • If I were you, I would look at the computers on cyberpowerpc before buying a brand like alienware. They have many good gaming computers for pretty broad price ranges. Plus they show benchmarks on MW and SC so that you can get an idea of how well games will run (although these benchmarks are obviously not % accurate displays of performance)

  • Hello,

First thing is make your list of games, then look up the hardware requirements for they are given on the games. You can look up the games by using Google.

Else you can go to a store that carries the games, gather them up, give them to the sales associate, and tell them you need a machine to play those games… lol It’s what they get paid to do. Assist the customer.

The only way to get a good gaming computer at a good price is to build it. No joke. I have built desktops to this day and they have all been at least $ cheaper than if you had purchased them built. It is such a ripoff to buy rebuiltt gaming desktops…not to mention they are inferior. I’d invest some time into researching how to build one. It’ll be so worth it. You can email me if you have any questions.

Alienwares are such a rip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had one and it was such a waste.
