The term “boot” means kicking the computer just so it will start going…so the term boot means turn your computer on.
The only way to stop it, is by not booting at all. Once you turn your computer on, the boot process starts and can only be stopped by turning your pc off.
You can stop boot by stoping Chat and Computer as well
