  • He continued to appear to His disciples over a period of forty days, at one time appearing to over 5 at once. He ascended into heaven from the Mount of Olives in the company of some of the disciples, and angels who were also present in the appearance of men assured the disciples that he would return in the same manner in which He had departed. Ten days later, he poured out the Holy Spirit on the DAy of Pentecost. The Apostle, greatly emboldened, began to preach the Gospel with power and authority, God attending them in performing many miracles. Jesus awaits the command of his Father, and the next major event on God’s Agenda is the Resurrection of the Righteous from the Dead; which will be attended by another event referred to as the Rapture of the Church. Shortly thereafter, Jesus will return bodily and establish the Kingdom of God with power in the earth.

  • He returned to his original abode at the right hand of his father. There he waited until it was time to be crowned King of the heavenly Kingdom.

When that happened the 1st thing he did was to remove Satan and his demons from heaven (Revelations speaks about Satan’s anger because he knows his time is short)

Jesus and his angels are overseeing the spreading of the good news. His final act during this system of things is to head the battle of Armageddon – a righteous war with governments and all who do not want to serve God. His followers on earth do not get involved but watch the outcome of opposing God

  • I’m very happy you’re at least reading the Bible. It’s hard to understand all of it, but will come as time goes by. Myth gave you the correct answer, but if you’ll follow the link below you’ll find more answers as well. Thanks for having an open mind, and not judging and seeing things as others do, but, see them with your own mind. Its speaks of many things, and the worlds view as well. Have a great day.

  • Fluffy G. – Myth is incorrect. Christ’s Second Coming [Acts 1 v eleven] is a judgement day on earth.

    Could well be this Easter.

God is Political – and handed over to Jesus – so He must be into Politics as well.

Source(s): O – are you a reasonable law abiding citizen ? It’s hardly your fault laws are a ‘fools errand’ I would guess. Don’t you think it would be nice to have ‘common sense’ rule – from top to bottom ?

  • The gospels are inconsistent in their accounts. But mostly he just went around talking to people for a few days and then went up to heaven…so as the mythology goes.

  • According to the Bible he ascended into Heaven, leaving no earthly remains. Except his foreskin from when her was circumcised at a child. Apparently there were as many as 18 Holy Prepuces worshipped at one time.

Either he had 18 penises or his foreskin kept growing back, either way it’s a bit weird.

  • If he existed, the same as will happen to any other dead body…ashes to ashes dust to dust… black-hole and beyond… time is of the essence.

  • He apparently got Raptured up. If he died at all, he likely got his body pinched, if he didn’t die then he likely ran off.

  • If he existed at all, which is unlikely, his friends stole his body to create the resurrection myth.

  • He moved to India, they will show his burial place, or was it Marseilles?
