What is a torrent download?

I would like to download a game onto my computer but i have no idea what a torrent download is. Can you please explain it to me?

  • Torrent is a way of “file sharing” that is managed using a peer to peer software like “utorrent” and “bitcomit”. The benefit of using torrents is that you can download the same file from multiple clients as long as they have all or part of the file that you want to get “like game CD”

    To use the torrent:

    . Download any torrent software and then install it on your PC.

    . Search for the game you want in any torrent website

    . Download the torrent file.

    . Run the file, the torrent software should start automatically.

    . Enjoy.

    Just make sure that your file has a good seeders (persons who has all or parts of the file you want).
