What is your special prayer request?

Please pray for James and his family. Cancer needs understanding. Let him with renewed courage look forward to meet his Lord while others attending on him fail him not in his hour of need.

i wouldn`t have one

because i believe we are only allowed to pray for things like faith and strength

but never for change

this is my personal understanding of why the lords prayer has the words

“Thy will be done”

and no mention of “my will be done”

its only a personal belief

so i would`nt presume to say i`m right about it

as i`m not actually a Christian

or a member of any other organised religion

Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Forgive us our sins, as we forgive those who have sinned against us.

Lord, please kindle a spirit in the hearts of all those who believe in You, so that they will cooperate in working for a world without hunger & without torture & without war.

Please also kindle in each one of us a zeal and a creativity and the wisdom we need to create as a world economy that will no longer devastate the global environment, the world of nature on which all of human society ultimately rests.
