Christy messed up the intro of the match and he got her to do it agian. Then he climbed the turnbuckle and had his balls in her face for a few seconds. Thats it.
I dont think it was a big punishment. It looked harmless to me. Punk has done worse in wwe and bully rays homophobic slur he did, he just had to give an apology.
