What to give my two year old kid to eat?

He will be two in Aug. He eats normal indian food like paratha, chila, dal, vegetables, upma, idli, pakora. sometimes he eats properly but sometimes he eats very less. I want to give him some more tasty home made food. Kindly suggest some home made food for my son…will be good if u provide recipe in brief.

  • you could actually give him any food that he can easily digest.. give him vegetable and fruits aside from the traditional food that he used to eat.

  • u can give ur kid

milkshakes— prepare it by grinding fruits with milk and any dry-fruits.

fresh cream sandwich — bread slice remove its sides, take a bowl put spread cheese grated carrot, cabbage and very tiny chopped tomatoes mix well then spread this mixture on bread slice cover it with another slice and its ready can also use some ketchup..

fruit salad—– 1/2 glass boiled milk, sugar to taste 1 spoon custard powder mixed in 2 spoon cold milk, grated fruits [apple, mashed banana mashed or diced mango ]

Mix custard mixture and sugar in boiling milk stir continuously till it turns thick then cool down it in room temperature add fruits and refrigerate it for 1/2 hour or as required.. its ready

    hope ur kid will enjoy

  • I don’t know what any of that is. My son’s pediatrician says it’s normal for kids to only eat a bit and then run around and play.

  • usually around that age.. starts to eat less. both my 2 kids were acted that way.

i usually breakfast for cereal and milk or noodle and soup.

lunch homemade pizza.. wheat bread and cheese. use tomato sauce with cooked veggies.

Dinner rice sauteed veggies or cooked sweet potatoes. cooked meat either fish.

you can marinade meat with your favorite sauce. fish is put little salt until completely defrost rinse it

grill it of cook in broiler.

snack is you can make some cup cake. instead of use water or milk make your own veggie juice or cranberry juice to add it. it will be less sweet.
