What would be a good starter bike?

I’m 18, I’ve been offered driving lessons since I was 17 but I wasn’t sure whether or not.

I’ve finally made a decision that because I’ll be needing my own transport soon, go to with a 125cc bike.

After looking around at bikes, I’m not sure what would be the best option for a first 125. I had a moped from 16 till 17 but then I sold it.

Potential bikes I was looking at was

Honda CBR 125
Honda CBF 125
Yamaha YZF 125
Aprilia RS 125.

I’ve seen some good/bad reviews about each bike and I kinda want that sporty looking time, the Aprilia RS and Yamaha both look amazing, but the prices are what setting me off them.

However I heard both of the Honda’s are great learner bikes/commuter’s. Anyone’s knowledge/advice would be appreciated.

  • If you can ride CBR 150 means you can ride 250 .. I highly recommended to start with 250 or 5 cc

    125 cc is slow and you will suffer to sell it in a good price ,, Trust me as soon as you start riding you will think about upgrade to 750 cc

    PS. I started with 10cc Suzuki GSX-R
