Yes, he definitely will.
I had a boyfriend, and we broke up because of personal reasons.
And he got a new girlfriend.
After coming clean, and telling him I still loved him, he broke up with his girlfriend immediately and went back out with me.
It sounds mean, but the truth behind the story is considerable.
