i want one with plenty colors needles and practice skin.

You’re going to get what you pay for, wherever you buy it. Cam Supply has some fairly good starter kits for around four hundred. Most of the kits you buy for cheap are not near close to being what you really need. But a good reputable company will give you a list of what is included, not try to sell you totally in the dark.
tattooing without proper training is never good. the tattoos end up very bad % of the time. You should contact actual tattoo artists that you like and see who and what they recommend. if you want to do it for cheap you probably shouldn’t do it at all because it would be very obvious. a skill that leaves permanent markings on the body should cost more that $ if you want to do it right.
For the tattoo guns, ask local shops, they always have the best.
They’ll probably refer you to people.
And practice skin, you can buy some on ebay for cheap.
