  • I can’t think of non vegetable, it is the crispness of an apple or carrot that helps clean out the gaps, or where your teeth meet

Toothbrush and floss are the two best ones for dental care though
    Dune

  • Veg of course. Meat is rot & with rot comes bacteria & more rot.

Crunchy veggies naturally clean teeth by contact.
Fruit is like natures mouthwash because the acids are anti-septic, anti-biotic & some even anti-viral.

One of the worst mouth diseases is scurvy. It eats away the gums & mouth, lots of agony. It is caused by lack of fruit in a diet & cure by adding fruit.

  • Non veg.

Humans evolved eating meat. In fact, some researchers believe eating a lot of meat enabled our brains to outgrow other primate’s brain…resulting in us being the dominant species on earth.

We simply use some nutrients better/easier from animals ( heme iron, calcium, zinc, omega3s) and some from plants. That’s why a balanced diet is best for us. Some meat, some veggies, some fruit, restrict processed grains and sugar.

Meat is high protein. Protein digests slower than high carb foods (fruits and veggies) meaning you eat less often. The digestive juices in your mouth are caustic to your teeth. Eating more often can and does damage them.
