I love the name Nathaniel, but if I named my kid that I would always call him that. I really don’t like the name Nathan, ha.
Joshua is best. Nathaniel kind of sounds like a little classic, but not as masculine as Joshua.
Joshua William
I like Joshua Nathaniel. William doesnt really go but would sound best with Joshua.
Joshua William is lovely. People will arbitrarily shorten his name to Josh which is still close to Joshua. Nathaniel will be shortened to Nate which is technically also a different name and not just a nickname. I have always loved Joshua and William and the two of them together is a nice masculine name.
Nathaniel
Nathaniel William sounds better than Joshua William to me.
You could call him Nate or Nathan.
Nathaniel
Nathaniel is my would be my choice, but Joshua sounds better with William.
Out of the two, I’d have to say Nathaniel. But as long as he doesn’t go by Nathan.
However, I like the sound of Gabriel William better.
As much as I like Joshua, Nathan William sounds like a movie star.
