Ive recently had surgery on my arm and now my game isnt that well so its fairly hard for me to put spin so which kind of string is best for spin and control doesnt matter if its a hybrid or not just as long as its not pricey

Visit tenniswarehouse.com and browse their selection of strings. I would say from my experience any kind of synthetic or natural gut string will give the most spin. Also the tighter the string tension the more spin you will get because you will “brush” the ball more. Good luck 🙂
Because of the fact you have recently undergone a surgery, I wouldn’t suggest getting a string specifically for spin, but one more-so for comfort. Spin can be helpful, but it isn’t needed every shot, and keeping your arm in good condition is one of the more important things. If I were to suggest a brand, I would probably go with Tecnifibre. They have a mix between comfortable soft strings and ones that get spin. They also come in fashionable colors. Best of luck though, and hope the arm heals completely soon.
I use elastic bands for tennis strings.
