I’m a 15 year old African american male and I always find myself hot when others are cold. For example the people in my house wear a full outfit around the house without any complaints, but I cant even bare it for more than 10 mins. Is it something I’m eating that’s wrong. I also train in ballet, could that cause this? Should i get medicine? or is it normal? please help

chill, It’s normal it happens to me and my little 8 year old brother. There is something wrong with the temperature so i think.
You don’t have to be hot or cold at the same time as everyone else.
It’s normal we have diffent temperatures. Oh goodness I’m forgetting my science 🙁 it has been about 20 years (I’m only 44)
