Why did people in Boston permit door to door searches without a warrant?

I don’t care if some stupid teens blew up a bomb.

People in Boston gave up their constitutional right of no searches without a warrant.

The people in Boston had a lock-down which is just another name for martial law.

The constitution was specifically written for that under no circumstance the police or soldiers would go into your house without a warrant.

Boston people just gave up their constitutional right, for what?

Obama did not let this crisis go to water. He just violated the constitution, and people aren’t doing anything about it.

Why did people in Boston permit this?

  • Because they are ignorant in thinking that letting strangers in uniforms
search their houses without due process is necessary to protect their home town.
But the authorities would resort to kicking the door completely in if no one answered.
And even relocating people away fro their homes during a neighborhood search.

    But here’s the kicker….2 things

1.) when (in response to 9-11) the Possi-comitaus act was obliterated
which is there to insure that military would not be used
to carry out local law enforcement duties.
Now there is no dividing line between military and police…
and by technicality police are no longer civilians….
Now full war regalia warriors that were trained to kill can police the American public.
Now America is by default no different than a 3rd reich gestapo or banana republic.

2.) A lot of the direction behind the search & seizure is from private military contractors.
Private military contract companies are probably not sworn to uphold the constitution.
Which is why they appear to be violating the 4th amendment
when doing unlawful search & seizure in Boston,…but in reality they aren’t
because they are private not federal………Pretty Slick HUH ?

There were many private contractors from Craft international
at the marathon during the bombing….Which would explain why military vehicles
that had no foreseen linkage to the marathon were there…
And Craft international assists police & swat in urban training exercises that deal with
    international terrorism…
    Quite like blackwater or dynecorp..
    .

    .
    EDIT
The Federal Government had absolutely no problem adhering to the 4th amendment
with alleged dangerous criminals at large at other times in America’s history.
Why are they having such a hard time adhering to the 4th amendment now ?

@Quitnew,..hit the nail right on the head,…YES this is a “Psyops” for public conditioning.
They (globalist leadership) turn the heat up slowly on the public
and before the public knows it they are completely cooked.

  • Interesting question! Under the circumstances, the police were only interested in finding the suspect. The people of Boston were interested in the same thing. Had the police come to my house to look for the suspect, I would have let them search. Search my house and mark it off the list! The officers involved in the search were not looking for drugs, guns, or over-due library books! They were looking for the bomber.

Tomorrow, I would definitely want to see a warrant before they search my house!

But yesterday, the people of Boston were involved in finding the suspect and waived their rights for the common good.

    God bless ’em all!

  • Unlike you they wanted to help catch the killer

I swear, conservatives wouldn’t know a loyal militia if it bit them on the can. Let me explain. Unlike what the far right conservatives think a militia is for, that is overthrowing our own elected government, a militia is common citizens helping to kick some butt.

Terrorists blow up your city, you help to catch them instead of whingin’ about how other people are all sheep.

  • They have some thing called –COMMON SENSE—-
When your house is on fire, even you will not ask firemen who come to help you for an ID forget about Warrant.

  • Our news service…..gave us this explanation…

Some Bombers committed a heinous crime + were

    everyone was in heightened alert……

Yes constituttional rights were waived……but the

guy murded + maimed the public + may have killed

    more…..considered a terrorist + enemy of the state…

Why are you so concerned ?????

  • The reason ; people of Boston gave their constitutional rights
it by fear ; of being arrest and put in jail

    Those here who say

we want to help ; are full of sh;;;;;;;itt
Fear of going to jail make them a good samaritan with police

  • Bullsh*t belongs in a barnyard. Go shovel yours there.

The Fourth Amendment to the US Constitution says this:

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated”

There’s nothing unreasonable about hunting down an armed & dangerous criminal responsible for multiple deaths, near two hundred injuries, armed robbery, shoot outs with the police and God only knows what else.

So smarten the hell up and quit making up sh*t the Constitution doesn’t actually say.
All you’re doing is making yourself look like some sort of goddamned retarded idiot.

  • A combination of three reasons, in order of importance:

    1) Brainwashing, 2) Fear of the police, 3) Fear of the terrorists

I sincerely hope somebody in the Birthplace of America, finds their cojones and files a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against Devil Patrick and his winged monkeys.

  • Dude, you have NO clue what you’re talking about. Gee, what a shock. Look, if it was common knowledge that there was a hardcore criminal hiding somewhere in my neighborhood and the police asked if they could search my property, yes including inside my house, I’d definitely let them do it. If I had something in my house that was clearly illegal and could get me in trouble if the police saw it in plain sight, that would be my own damn fault in that situation. If they’re looking for a criminal, they’re not going to go looking through my dresser, box in my garage or my file cabinet for Gods sake. Go take your conspiracy and smoke it along with all the weed I’m sure you’re worried the police would find if they searched your house.

  • My answer is: It was an experiment to see how the public responds to their freedoms being taken away IN EXCHANGE for the FEELINGS of security provided by the presence of armed men supposedly there to PROTECT the neighborhood.

Massachusetts represent the intellectual cream of AMerican Society. This was a valuable experiment. Would the intelligensia respond differently from the hick towns?

I dont have to answer my own questions since you know the answers yourelves already.

  • They voluntarily agreed to assist the police. You don’t like that, but it’s the truth.

  • If a SWAT officer and an FBI agent knock on your door, asking to search your property in pursuit of a mass-murderer, it’s doubtful you’re going to say no.

Declination would raise suspicion. A police officer or federal agent will ask themselves why you refused entry, whilst you’re neighbours were only too happy to oblige. “Maybe they’re an accomplice, maybe I’ll appear before a judge and obtain a warrant, come back in a few hours, break down your door, arrest you on suspicion of harbouring a fugitive, and riffle through your belongings.”

  • OMG….

People allowed it because IT WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO…they all wanted the same thing…for the person to get caught.

Just curious…why would YOU prevent someone from doing the right thing, especially when there is a time limit catching someone..they have to act quickly.

Americans (ie only some…sorry but it’s true) get carried away sometimes with constitution or trying to be politically correct. American has turned into a sueing country…you sue someone for this or that.

  • I agree with you. Looks like I’m the minority also. First of all, NO cop can or will tell me I have to stay in my home all day, not come out and make a living for my family! They have NO RIGHT to do that! I don’t give a **** if there is a law that says they can. I WOULD NOT do that! And if they insisted to search my house, I would shoot them! Period! You stupid ***** in Boston can give up your rights and basically let the government declair marshal law on you to catch a damn kid! But I won’t!
