You need to contact customer support directly for assistance, fill out a Help form at:

Go to “Select a Category”, in the drop-down box select “Password and Sign In”, then select “forgot my secret questions & answers”. Once you have done that, click on “Email a Support Agent” at the bottom – a staff member will try to help you regaining access to your account.
Ooh… I don’t know. You have to have your security question’s answer to make it easy…
Just try it. If you don’t remember the answer… you could try contacting the staff and mailing them a check for their trouble… or hiring a hacker… (What kind of nb hires a hacker to hack their own account?!)

You know what I do? Just pick such a long password it would take a year to guess it, and use it for everything. My last password was my favorite game’s name, how many pages are in my favorite book, and my neighbor’s cats name, and written backwards. Long, but impossible to hack.
