Girls when they’re in their teenage years want to feel older as if they’re an adult. So maybe she feels as if she is too mature for guys her age. Or that she may mature by dating older guys. It is wrong but talk to her and just explain how much you care and want her to be with someone closer to her age. Hope I helped(:
How old is your underage friend? If he is almost 20yrs old, he is still a teenager. There is nothing wrong with anyone that age living with their parents! It’s not easy being on your own at such a young age, it’s expensive! Do you know anything else about this guy she is dating? Have you ever met him? If you know he is a deadbeat, what actually makes him a deadbeat being only 19 years old? He is just out of high school, give the guy a break! Don’t judge someone that you do not know.

You are not her mom either, so let the family handle this situation. You emphasize your underage friend, how old are you? You make this sound like you are over 18 years old. If so, why do you have an underage friend? Should you not be hanging around people your own age?
um I’m a 18 year old girl with no job…. does this mean that next year I will be called a “deadbeat”!? Really I wouldn’t be to worried about the age difference I mean EVERYBODY would have dated someone while they were “underage” and the other was over 18 if you think about it. It is almost impossible not to. It’s just that for some reason the years around 20 seem to make a big difference. For example if a 16 year old dates a 20 year old it sounds bad. But if a 23 year old dates a 27 year old it sounds normal.
