what is the difference between megaupload and youtube
both of them had massive pirated song and movies
but usa authorities only take action against megaupload and not against youtube.
should usa authorities shut down youtube too?
to be fair to megaupload
everyone was treated equally.

All YouTube has to show is that they have made a reasonable effort to eliminate copyrighted material. Videos are eliminated all the time for that reason.
