    Hi Dat guy,

You may follow the steps mentioned below:

1.Update the current video driver on your system from the manufacturer’s website.
2.Run System File Checker (CFS) to check your files on the system. Follow the steps:

*Click Start, and type cmd in the Search box.
*Right-click cmd.exe, and click Run as administrator.
*At the command prompt, type Sfc /scannow and then press Enter.
*Windows will repair any corrupted or missing files that are found.

    3. Scan the system for Virus or Malware infections, with the antivirus you are using.

    4. Boot the system in Safe Mode and check if the issue persists. To boot the computer in Safe Mode, please switch on the computer and start tapping the F8 key which would take you to Advanced Boot Option screen. Using the up and down arrow key, select Safe Mode to boot the computer into Safe Mode.

    5. If the issue doesn’t occur in Safe Mode, perform a clean boot. Click on Start and type msconfig.exe in the Start box.
On the General tab, click the Selective startup option, and then click to clear the Load startup items check box.
On the Services tab, click to select the Hide all Microsoft services check box, and then click Disable all.
Click OK, and then click Restart.

    6. Perform system restore if the issue still persists. Refer to the link: http://dell.to/1137HoH

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

It would really help if you could tell us the error number and any associated file name?

It would really help to narrow down the problem.8-))
