Having a “cold” World Cup is never a problem. Usually it’s too hot.
Canada in June is far better than say, Qatar.
But Canada doesn’t really have the stadiums for it at the moment and stadiums of WC type capacity would be left mostly empty after it.

Mexico and Colombia have a percentage of high crime and violence, so it could be Canada.
Canada has smaller stadiums than Mexico.
It could be Mexico because they got popular and larger stadiums, including the Estadio Azteca.
I think Canada is ready for soccer. A lot of people attend games at Toronto and Montreal for MLS games. And I’ve been to Canada in the summer, and the weather is not cold for the most part.
Mexico: Known for high crime.
Colombia: Im not really sure… they murdered Andres Escobar after he scored an own goal in 1994.
Canada: Very cold and sometimes racist
