2013 Chevy Cruze mylink question?

I just purchased a 2013 Cruze 1LT with mylink. My dealer synced up my phone but the phone will not download the phone book. Is there anyway like in my older 2011 Cruze to store and tag phone numbers in the car? Please help I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Take it back and talk to the guys at the dealer’s shop. If they don’t know how to do it, then they should be able to contact someone who does know how.
