My new (under 90 days old) eBay account has been suspended because my recent account activity has raised security concerns. eBay advised that it required me to upload ID to lift the suspension and that I would receive a response within 24 – 72 hours. I uploaded all the required documentation but sadly I have not received a response two weeks later. They did however reduce my selling limits on another ‘linked’ account (I only listed on the other account because I was tired of waiting for them to get back to me regarding the original suspension). Should I be worried about the future of my account or is this just eBay being difficult? Should I contact eBay and try to have this issue resolved or could that result in further sanctions being imposed? Why is eBay being so difficult?
Update:
PLEASE NOTE that it is NOT against eBay terms of service to operate multiple accounts, so I am not doing anything wrong is this regard.

Without buyers, sellers cannot exist. eBay understands this and is biased to protecting its buyers as much as possible. Sometimes they are wrong, but it doesn’t matter. You can go to another platform, or create your own that doesn’t have the rules you want to thwart.
I can’t even imagine what you might have done to attract the suspension, but when you attempted to go around them with another account, guess what?
eBay knows that if you can’t sell to a buyer under their rules, there will come another seller that will.
It’s nothing personal.
The chances of eBay reinstating the account are slim to none.

My eBay account has been suspended because of non-payment of eBay fees from rejection of my direct debit payments. two or more rejection.How can i resolve it , I dont know why my account rejected.It is too much money .I just sold two items.Please let me know what to do? Thanks
