I’m taking an Intro to Speech course in college, and my book list says I need to get “Communication Mosaics” by Julia Wood. What is the difference between the th edition and th edition? I want to buy the th edition since it’s SO much cheaper, but I don’t want to miss out on important info that might be in the th edition.

Generally speaking, the difference will probably be about words, and the page numbers may be different.
I would speak to whoever is in charge of the course, and ask them if it’s a possible option.
Hope that helps.

The th edition actually has pages less than the th. The changes are likely not gong to impact your ability to study for the class. One thing people mention that happens when buying older versions is that the page numbers change, so you’l need to do a little extra work when the instructor assigns a reading or homework.
As another posted mention, the best thing to do is ask the instructor.
