He broke up with me exactly one week ago. I tried to reconsile but he said no, but that we could still be friends. I told him no, that it would be to difficult for me. Anyhow i was going to try the NO CONTACT thing to heal and to hopefully get him back.Its been one week of not contacting him but today i want to so bad. I miss him and i am sad. Should i stick with no contact?. Does it work?.

Darling you’ve put a question of Narcissism into R&S.
As one who’s gone down that path I CAN say it’s the only way to deal with a Narcissist.
They do not care about others, just what others can do for them. He’ll find someone to be his slave soon enough.
