High jump question. Which foot?

So I’m a lefty and I was wondering which side I should jump from. Left or right? Thanks. c:

  • If you jump off your left foot, you approach and jump from the right side of the pit, that is, the pit is on your right when you jump, so that the take off foot is not next to the pit, but away.
