I will start high school next year and I have ran track for 2 years so far. My time isn’t TERRIBLE for the 4 but I want to be really good as a freshman and make the 4×4 team. My PR for 8th grade was 1:05. I would really like to get it down to at least 1: if not lower. What can I do to reach my goal by next season? I only play basketball in the winter so I have a while to train. I also run the 1 so any tips for that? But I’m mostly concerned about the 4. Thanks in advance.

I run the 4 dash to.Each time you run make sure ylur breathing is good and you are stretching your legs. I helped my friend run this at 48.17 second and went to states.If i could do that i know you can
