how can i do the splits?

I’m talking about the martial arts splits, not the cheer leading splits. I’ve searched it up and I tried one that says you can learn it in 3 weeks and I barely improved from where I was. I’m 16 years old and I’m not really close, I have a feet to go until I’m fully down, and I’m not flexible but I want to learn. You could either send me an effective website or tell me. HELP!

  • It takes time..stretching should never be rushed. When you stretch your muscles tear a little bit and if you give them a days rest they’ll start to heal. Once healed you’ll be able to get further without it hurting and it’s just repeating the process with a routine.
