How can I fix "your DNS server might be unavailable" problem on Windows 8?

I went in the admin tools and stopped and restarted DnsClient, unplugged modem and restarted. Didn’t work

And also did the ipconfig stuff in the command prompt. Didn’t work

What else can I try?
