How do i stop thinking suicidal thoughts?

Exercising does nothing. My friends are now ignoring me since i told them I’m depressed. My therapists don’t believe me, nor do my parents. I feel I’m going to kill myself soon if i don’t get help.

  • none of the things the other people said can really help your situation, you probably won’t check another psychiatrist because you know the meds don’t work for you and stuff,

  • Go call a suicide hotline or a depression hotline. Or put yourself on suicide watch .And here’s my way of thinking about it which might alter your thoughts.

    Suicide is extremely selfish because it causes harm to all of your loved ones, and even the community at large has to carry the pain and regret as a crushing burden. There’s a reason why, in Judaism, suicide is considered worse than murder.

  • Well, you didn’t believe yourself.You think that you are the burden of this earth. I can’t do any best things for you and your family. This all is your rubbish thinking. while to started believing yourself you will find that life is the gift of the god. Each and everyone didn’t get this chance to do in real life. So, started to think good and think about the other too. It makes you better feel. So, try it. Wish you all the best.

  • Write. That’s what I do. When I’m having thoughts of committing suicide, I write. The story I’m writing makes me forget about suicide. So maybe starting a story just to keep your mind off it. Think about writing a book and getting it published. It’s really exciting to do.

  • what ever that drug or that med stop taking them visit another therapists and try to relax your a little bit and think in Your weakness and work on it think what making you want to kill your self visit some rehab center
