  • 45 minutes at 375. If you leave the skins on, it’ll be much more flavorful and tender. If you are using skinless, be sure to use a drip pan and have water in the bottom pan to lock moisture into the thighs.
  • Depending on how thick they are most chicken thighs take about 45 minutes at 375 degrees F.
Test with a fork make sure the juices are clear next to the bone and not pink. Chicken must be totally cooked before eating to prevent illness. Happy eating! Love chicken!

  • I usually put mine in at about 325-350 for about an hour with plenty of liquid. depending on how many you are cooking.

  • When the inyetnsl temp of the thickest part of the meat its 140, then remove cover and let sit for 5 to 10 min

  • Every oven is difference ,but its nearly 25 minutes.

  • 30 minutes per lb based on the heaviest at 325 but best to verify with thermometer at that point .

  • I love chicken thighs..
    Pre-heat the oven..to 4-[F]
Place your chicken on a oiled..rack–inside a baking sheet..
Place inside the oven..and close the door..
    Watch–for the 4-[F] oven light–to turn-OFF..
    Drop the TEMP=350-[F]
    Cook the chicken for 35-minutes..
    ..then turn them..
Cook for a total cook time=50-minutes..
    Then–turn-OFF the oven..
But leave the chicken inside the oven for about 30-minutes more..
I most times..take one of my silicone baking sheets..and cover the chicken–for moistness../
    After 30-or more minutes..remove../and serve.
