Feed him more? Get him checked out by a vet to make sure it isn’t a medical issue? Make sure the food you’re feeding is healthy/high quality?

What kind of dog is it? If it’s a large breed, you don’t want to fatten them up, or gain weight too fast. It will mess up their skeletal structure and you’ll have serious problems down the road. You need to talk to your vet about controlled weight gain if you do not know the growth pattern for your breed.
I know people who hunt there hounds hard and after a few weeks they get looking bad so they buy big drums of peanut butter and mix it with dry feed. Never seen dogs gain weight back that fast before.
