Your “mini” Pomeranian is an ill bred runt as everyone knows Poms are a *Toy* class breed.
Many things could be ailing her & letting her be like this for a week now is cruel.
Please take her to a vet as none of this is normal.
There is no such thing as a mini Pomeranian, they are only in one size.
Call your vet for a check up.
Well for one thing poms only come in one size, and they are in the toy group (my BF has been breeding show poms for 40 yrs)
As to why she whines, perhaps she is tired? Doesn’t want to go to bed? or is not feeling too well,
all anyone can do is guess since no one here can examine your dog. only a vet can. Has there been any changes in the routine, in the household? Change of bowel habits or change in food. As you can see , there are lots of options, and they may all be wrong.
What the hell is a mini Pomeranian? there is no such thing.
