HELP!!!
I HAVE A HOME WORK
MY PRINTER IS BROKEN… ( because of a certain tings)
SO IS MY SCANNER…
MY MOM GO TO THE WORKSHOP/SHOP/ENGINEER’S HOUSE/WORK HOUSE/A PLACE TO FIX THE PRINTER (not so good at English… I’m from Indonesia… Please tell me the correct word)
AND WE NEED TO WAIT FOR A WEEK SO MY MOM BOUGHT THE NEW PRINTER (HP ) AND I WANT TO INSTALL IT ON THE LAPTOP…
WHILE PRINTING, MY SISTER (or) VIRUS BROKE THE LAPTOP AND THE CD IS STILL INSIDE…
THE LAPTOP WONT TURNED ON…
HELP
WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!

PRINTING = INSTALLING THE DEVICE ON THE LAPTOP ( so basically it’s installing)
Answer
At times HP you will get a glitch when using the printer software and you will need to uninstall and then reinstall
I recommend this procedure for that problem. Just click the run tab
Add/remove and remove all components for the printer
Now do a complete clean up with the HP level driver removal utility tool (Scrubber)
When done, reinstall the software
