Personally I used Depends Adult Diapers at my wedding so I never had to leave the drunken fun going on…but I will say that if you wear a fitted dress you might want to think about bringing an extra just in case you drink so much that the diaper starts to leak.

The lines that get on the dress are in the shape of the diaper and it just looks funny to have a granny panty outline on your pretty fitted dress!

If you are thinking about doing this, I take it that you have problems with your bladder or esophagus. If this is the case, I would suggest that you discuss this problem with your MD. There are many good brands out their, the one used the most often in my hospital is DEPENDS. If you do decide to wear the undergarment, I should be changed as soon as you realize that it is soiled, even if its just a little. To ensure you do not develop any kind of odor, I would recommend that you take some wipes also, along with extra undergarments. Good Luck on the big day!!!!

Although I understand your reasons, I have to tell you its not the smartest idea I have ever heard of… Its almost the equivalent of being catheterized for your wedding and reception! Its almost as ridiculous, and rash as that sounds – everybody must use the facilities during their big day – the good news I can gladly relate to you….Is that you will want a break during your big day (thus explains why bathrooms used to be called restrooms) you might need to escape for a while – drag one of your bridesmaids along with you and you will be fine. I guarantee you, you won’t miss anything while you are gone for 5 minutes to freshen up. You can always take the time while there to fix your makeup and your hair too! It won’t be so bad to have to take a few 5 minute breaks and fix yourself up, I promise you! I do understand your reasonings, but honestly its just not realistic. Diapers (even ones made for adults will make you smell like urine – after all you will be “Carrying” it arround with you… It’s just not a really good idea…its alright, not all my ideas are good ones either… Enjoy your day and relax – and remember that it is your day!

It’s really not that hard to recruit 1 or 2 of your bridesmaids to help you hold up your dress in the bathroom.

It will take about 5 mins to go to the bathroom in your dress.

It’s well worth the hassle. Why would you want to sit around in your own waste?

depends are good. but do you think you will have fun if you are wearing a diaper that you went to the bathroom in. i think that it would be more enjoyably if you just used the toilet and got someone to help you with the dress.
