Improper passing NJ first offense?

I got a ticket for improper passing (passed some cars including cop on the shoulder). I know it wasn’t smart but it’s too late to make judgments. This is my first offense and I have a probationary license (as I am new to this country and got it about a year ago). Do I have any chances to plead guilty for unsafe driving and pay a bigger fine to clear the points? Or should I hire a lawyer to help me deal with it..

  • The rules are the same for all states, when you violate the terms and conditions of your probationary permit your license will be suspended, you will be fined and hiring an attorney wont help …
