  • For this write an application to the concerned Station Superintendent from where you have booked the ticket. Attach photocopy of your ID and mention all details of your journey e.g. Boarding point, destination, name of passenger (s), age, sex, date of journey, train No. and request to issue duplicate ticket. If the chart has not been prepared then after collecting clerical charge and other charges applicable at that particular time he will order Reservation clerk to issue duplicate ticket.
