My head hurts from researching it so much with all the contradictory information on the net but I’ve come to the conclusion that I feel that the risks associated with the illness far outweigh the potential and rare risks associated with the vaccine. One of our family friend’s has a 3 year old who was diagnosed with H1N1 and ended up in the ICU on a respirator. I’d never forgive myself if that happened to my 2 year old and it could have been so easily prevented with a vaccine.

I did get my children vaccinated. They got the nasal mist which is a live virus. Neither of them got sick or had any adverse reactions. I got the shot and I’m fine too. The vaccination is not dangerous, it was developed over a 9 month period and tested before dispersed. It is developed just the same as the seasonal flu vaccine. The kids can be fine after…some vaccines stay in ur cells and u never know when the reaction will come out! Poor innocent kids they have no say and as a parent U should be the one to do the research and make the right choice and that would be NOT to poison ur kids or urself!!!!
I plan on keeping my children as safe as possible, that is why I am NOT getting that dangerous vaccine. We will be washing our hands and faces a lot, but I don’t see adding chemicals to their tiny bodies as the answer.
Besides how did we get the H1N1 virus anyways? We can’t catch it from pigs, it has to be injected into our bodies and then spread from human to human. So how did it get started anyways?
ETA~ Yes, I have watched the show Drs and they have so much misinformation that I do my own research and I feel much safer not injecting my children with unnecessary chemicals! Specially where the Swine Flu really isn’t that dangerous IF you don’t have an underlying condition, such as an immune deficiency of some sort, which my kids don’t. However previous vaccines given to my son caused him to be poisoned by Mercury, so why would I trust the government with this vaccine?!

I’m right there with you my 6 and 3 yr old have their appt on friday to receive the H1N1 vacc. and i am truly confused my co-workers tell me to be weary my family tells me no dont treat my kids like guinea pigs and my friends have had there children vaccinated and the say go for it their kids are fine?!

It is scary, all the info out there…we will probably have our 18 month old vaccinated, but our 7 year old will have a nervous breakdown on the way to get the shot, soooooo….

Yes, provided some of the shots become available before he catches it. Viruses mutate…that is how new viruses come about, not because some big, bad, scary, secret government agency injects us with them. If you don’t fear the seasonal flu shot, you have no reason to fear the H1N1 shot.
whats more dangerous is these parents not getting the vaccine for there children.
so answer to ur question, I plan on getting my 2 yr old vaccine asap. its just stupid not to, have u watched the television show ”the doctors” they talked all about it on there show yesterday. go to there website im sure there is correct information there.
