It all depends on the school, but probably not. The other person didn’t PHYSICALLY hurt your daughter, but yes she did hurt her feelings. Name calling isn’t nice, but nor is punching someone. She should control her anger more, but I’m sure the other girl’s parents can sue the school.
You better just be happy that you are not getting sued!! Or your daughter hasn’t been kicked out yet! What are teaching your daughter? That’s it’s okay to go around punching ppl just bc they hurt her feelings? Your daughter is going to have rude awakening when she is out in the real world where there are tons of ppl who you just want to punch in the face everyday… Does that you can?! NO! You better stop this behavior now b4 she ends up in jail for assult! And it sounds to me like you are supporting her for assulting a girl. If I was the parent of the other girl I would be pressing charges against your daughter… That might teach her that she cannot go around hitting ppl, bc you’re obviously not teaching her that!
Ummm no. ur daughter hit her. The other parent however can sue your daughter, and possibly the school however you legally can do… Nothing because your daughter assaulted her. namee calling is just apart a life tell your daughter to not be si sensitive and think before she strikes
Name calling happens everyday. Don’t sue the school, it’s a really dumb idea and you won’t win. I think the victim’s mom should complain to the school your daughter goes to though. She obviously can’t control her temper.
Umm. nah. The other girl’s mom can sue you though. I don’t think the school is to blame. You CAN sue the school but you would fail the case miserably. 🙂
NO….well i can see where you will get mad about that other girl calling your daughter a name, and I believe that is not right, but neither is your daughter punching her back:/ ….
