I have a 5 year old mini dachshund who just yesterday started having weird spasms on her chest. They can be seen and felt and look like strong, continuous muscle spasms. They’ve been lasting around 30-40 minutes and happen a few times a day. She acts like she’s sick when they happen and can’t seem to get comfortable, so I’m assuming they’re painful. I took her to the vet last night but he didn’t know what was wrong and just gave me some pain pills to give her. Does anyone have any idea what this is?
