My dog (a 5 year old english springer spaniel) is bloated, losing hair, scabbing aka dry skin, and now her eyes are drooping and red and her nose is warm. We take very good care of her but we don’t know whats happening. Is there anything we can do from home?

Your dog needs to go to the vet. We are not vets and can not advise you based on so little information. Most vets offer payment plans if you cant afford payments up front If you cant afford this you need to think about your poor dog who is suffering and please bring the dog to a animal shelter or breed rescue where they will look after it and find it a new home if possible.
