Im friends with a guy at college and i really like him allot, hes always texting me and talks to me at college and he has given the impression that he likes me too, but he has a girlfriend at the moment a year younger than me and i don’t no how to play this, weather i keep talking to him or leave it up to him?

Hmm technically he should be off limits. If uses 2 are just txting/talking like u would as friends then no harm done. But he has a gf..so its best to move on. Even if uses were 2 end up with one another what would stop him from doing what he’s doing to u now then with a new girl?
