theres this kid in my grade and he thinks im bullying him. ok first two things:
1) We are both in 8th grade. he’s like 5’6 and he’s like 90-1 pounds. im 4’11 and 60 pounds
2) I am not mean to him or exclude him or anything. he thinks im bullying him as the fact i’m pretty annoyin
g and never shut up. i do this to everyone and they accept it and thats it. it’s who i am and they dont think im bullying them.
So my one friend(who he thinks bullys him because he doesnt like the kid so he COMPLETELY ignores him) was on the teachers email today and a message from his mom was there that said “Bullying in Junior High” The teacher didnt open it yet. Im scared as HELL tomorrow that if the teacher opens it and his mom mentions me i’m DEAD. the teacher and my grandma will kill me. So will his mom. His mom scares me. She threatened one of my friends one time and he was scared as hell, so my friends mom had to file a restraining order. Honestly, I’m not mean to this kid and talk to him but i don’t like him. one time in 6th grade he was mad at everyone so know what he did? he staged someone pulling his pants down. Every boy was in hell from the crappy teachers and principal that day. i dont even want to describe it. So please, what can i possibly do if this protains to me? I’ve had nothing in the past like this and have never even gotten a detention before.

forgot to add one thing. the teachers in this school are nuts. if you were a good kid which i pretty much am, they do not look at past expiriences and only the present. plus, no one i nthat school really bullys people, but that kids parent and the teachers are so paranoid its not even funny. if at least a mere suggestion of bullyign reaches those fool’s ears, they morph into bulls.

the crappy teachers always lump me with him and he barges into to everyone. at lunch, he sits pretty close to me. in this one job we have to do every day, he’s my partner for it. he talks to me and i cant keep my mouth shut and i eventually start being annoying. and when someone yells shut up at me(if its a kid) that just fuels it.

If you’ve not got detention before the teachers will be more likely to believe your side of the story because they won’t have you pegged as a bad kid.
Be mature about it, explain that you treat him no differently to any other kid. If the teachers know that it was him who staged the guy pulling his pants down, point out that you can’t see why he thinks you’re bullying him if he thinks it’s okay to do something like that. (If the teachers don’t know it was him don’t mention it, though, it could complicate matters.)
Try not to freak out, you’ve done nothing wrong and so long as you remember that and be grown up about this, it’s unlikely you’ll get into trouble. (The email’s likely not even about you!)
Can’t you just stay away from him and not even talk to him? If you don’t like him then show it. About the email if the teacher reads it just say there’s a miss understanding and tell the teacher the truth. By the way maybe it be best if you just zip your mouth and stop being annoying if it’s making him tell lies about you being bully. He is just being polite and I think he likes you if hes sitting pretty much close to you. So just say ‘hi’ then there be less problems.
