Recurring nightmares…?

Im not sure how many times iv had this nightmare… maybe 2 or 3… but i remember them like they were real life…
Im in a building… some times its a school, sometimes its my house.. and one girl (Kinda looks like the grudge) is trying to kill everyone…. and this nightmare can get really detailed, as to the point of dreaming about people who i don’t actually know being killed… iv done my research and alot of people are saying stress… im 18, have a good job, still living at home… haven’t really got anything to “stress” about…. any suggestions as to why i keep having this dream…. its really disturbing waking up in the morning in sweats and rethinking about the dream all day!!…

It’s an evil dream. Try not to think about it because the more you spend your time thinking about it, the more it’ll bother you.
