Slang/Grammar problem?

My grammar is pretty decent, but when I joined my school I started talking in slang, now I can’t stop talking that way when I’m at school and around my friends . please help me!

Everyone does that. It’s only a problem if you use it not with your mates. I have been out of England for forty years and still lapse into Lancashire when talking to my mates.
