He keeps bobbing his head strangely and shaking his feathers. When he shakes his feathers something that looks like corn comes out. He also keeps drooling! Can someone tell me what’s wrong with my bird?

His poop seems normal and he drank water afterwards

I can’t take him to a vet right away and there aren’t any avian vet nearby.

If you have an avian vet I would make an appointment, It’s sounds like sour crop or maybe a bacterial disorder of some kind. I hope you can help him. Good Luck!
P.S. Call your pets stores, feed stores and see if they have any phone numbers of some local breeders that might be able to help you. Look in the classified ads for a possible breeder or seller for help.
I can tell you that if the bird is so obviously ill you should be consulting a vet, not Yahoo! Wrap him up in something warm and soft, put him in a box (with air holes, obviously) and take him to the vet.
