That would be little difficult. A bacterial harming human will harm the elephants too. Workable is to ensure we make ivory unattractive to buy. Force govt to put heavy tax on products out of it. This will give good reason for govts to chase individual s not paying taxes. High taxes will ensure ivory remains unattractive to buy. Better get them declared illegal in as may countries as possible.
