What do all these abbreviations mean in the baby world?!?

well I know there is more I just cant find any. But hopefully you know what abbreviations I’m talking about. There seems to be so many!
And I think I just realized what TTC means. Trying to consieve?
But if you could help me understand all of these it would help. And any that I didn’t put on there that you know of please!

  • Yep you are right about the TTC. PCOS is a condition where there a cysts on your ovaries & can make it hard to conceive. I don’t know how to spell it so I’m not even trying. Same w/ D&C. I’m sure a better spelling can help you!

    PCOS- poly cystic ovarian syndrome- cyts grow on your ovaries, and you don’t ovulate regularly causing difficulty concieving, it can also cause an overgrowth of hair in places hair doesn’t grow on women due to the hormones

    BFP- big fat positive
    LMP- last menstrual period
    AF- aunt flo
