To me the dress is a little to “barbie” for me, but if you like it then that’s what matters.

The dress doesn’t have to be white, it’s all a matter of what you want though. If you are worried about wearing white maybe you could see if the dress comes in a white color…or maybe you can just have the top part be a light pink and the bottom be all white. I’m not sure if they can do that or not…

But it really shouldn’t matter what anyone else thinks. You are the one who has to feel comfortable the day of and happy with the pictures.

I am getting married in May and am wearing a pink dress. My theme is baby pink and gold. All bridesmaids wearing gold dresses and the men are wearing morning suits with gold accessories. I have decided to have my dress made so it is perfect. I think you will look great – remember it is your wedding and you should have what you want. Loads of people have commented on the fact my dress wont be white, esp the mother in law (to be) but I have shrugged them off.

You have to be happy, dont compromise for other people, the dress and the way you look matter most.

First of all, no. Wedding dresses do not have to be white. A friend of mine is having a black dress. And colour has become very popular in wedding dresses over the last few years!! You say you ‘have fallen in love’ with this dress, and it’s a snip at £2!!! (Plenty of money if you need any alterations, tiara, jewelry, shoes, etc), so I think you already know you’re going to buy it and it is the one!! .It is your wedding and you should make it unique to you and your h2b!! If you are still unsure however, try it on first, or if you can’t then go to a bridal shop and find one as close to it as possible. You will know if it is “the one” the sec you see yourself i it. It looks like a prima ballerina dress. Look further. I would get off the pink kick. The bride should be in white or ivory and your bridal party could be in pink. It really does not look like a wedding gown. Also, have your husband to be dress in a nice tux of either dark brown, midnight blue or the traditional black. I hate bridegrooms in white. First of all it always takes away from the bride.

All I can think of is Disney Princess – it’s beautiful! You’re going to be the Princess on your wedding day, why not dress the part!

my wedding dress wasnt white either – I had a baby pink and I chose it because I liked it and because I couldnt find a regular wedding dress that I actually liked

It is a very pretty dress, and cheap too! My friend got married in a pink dress last year, it was nice to see something a bit different.

I love the dress. It is your day and you buy the dress that will make you fee like a princess in it. Don’t let anyone else tell you what to wear. That dress would make a really pretty wedding dress.
