  • I have 3 kids, 12 year old girl, 9 year old boy and 6 year old girl. I was a dancer growing up and both of my daughters have a passion for dance as well. My son is very into sports like my husband and I are. We enjoy taking the two oldest to sports game and they are starting to get into it. We hope that our 6 year old will like it one day. We all enjoy the same kind of food and restaraunts like Chinese food, Italian, Mexican. We really like to go out and eat and then stroll around town together. We’re in Phoenix and the things to do there never get old for us. My daughter and I both enjoy shopping so we having our fun shopping days just hanging around the mall. When we can afford it and get the chance, we travel. Its a blessing to have kids that enjoy doing stuff with you and share some of the same interests because then it’s fun for the whole family!

  • Me and my daughter watch My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic !!!!!!

It’s the most epic show ever, and I’m a guy who likes to watch bloody and gory horror movies, very awesome action movies, and very cool science fiction stuff, but this is the most awesomist show ever !!!!!!!!!

Lucky, unlike the other 5 million dudes between the ages of 17 and 42 who watch the new My Little POny: Friendship is Magic cartoon, I have a daughter as an excuse to watch without feeling shame….

Rainbow Dash is my favorite pony, she makes awesome 20% cooler

Pinkie Pie became my second favorite since that Party of One episode came out and I seen the insane side of her, which was so cool

Twilight is still one of the best because se motivates me to read more books, and I have been doing at very successfully now, and I’m starting learn a lot more now about american history, geography, and astronomy…

Fluttershy is the cutest out of all tree and I find her very adorable and lovable, just like my daughter… she reminds me of my daughter so much

Applejack and Rarity I don’t really like Much…

There ye go, That’s what me and my kid share, even though she doesn’t get why I like the show so much more than her

    SO AWESOME

  • My son and I both love dancing..we bop around the living room together..at the moment we are both learning the routine for diversity dance fusion..we both love music as well as walking. We are very lucky to be living out in the countryside and take regular walks to the river and the waterfalls around where we live. We love to play SSX on the playstation & other fast games where we compete in games, we play on the Wii sports…golf & boxing is the favorite sport at the moment on the Wii. Last but by no means least is watching Yu-gi-oh together…and also playing the game together. We both have a love for environmental science as well and regularly watch the discovery & history channel too. My son is 10 and I am a 40 year old very young at heart mum!!

  • I am interested in water sports but my son didn’t like that. Finally I stopped trying to get him interested.I was a single male parent.

The only advice I have is to let your children seek out their own interest and become a fan of whatever it is. I hate football and video games but that’s what he was into. My son is an adult now and I have no regrets about the relationship we had.. My father was a hunter and I hated it. I still resent the fact that he wouldn’t support me in the things I was interested in.

  • Our animals – we’re all animals lovers – the kids like to help with all of our pets and foster/rescues. They both like to play golf with daddy too. Our kids are little, so I wouldn’t say there are too many interests they have that I don’t yet. Unless you count Wonder Pets. That show is so annoying it hurts. Add: I just realized this is the same question as the Moments of Motherhood. . .LOL. I was thinking “wow, this is a semi normal question for Jax’s mommy” !!!

  • Kids have interests in video-games, comics, in fact we all have so this can be an effective way to spend time with your kids, also this will give you relaxation. Showing comedy shows to the kids may enhance the sense of humor in them from the very early age also this will help them to be happy and keep them away from depression of any kind like bullies.

  • The biggest thing is…we love movies. I like seeing most kids’ movies in the theater when they first come out. Some other fun things we like are board games, playing outside, riding bikes, the zoo, ice cream….so many things. Having kids gives the parents an excuse to act like a kid again!

  • my little girl (2 years old) and I love listening to Elton John…his older stuff. She even sings some of the words. It’s great listening to her beaming little voice from the back seat going “lalalalalala” during crocodile rock. She also loves to watch me cook, we try all kinds of new fun things, but her favorite recipes have anything to do with chocolate.

my son enjoys guns. Which is great for my husband is who is in the army and collects them. While he has only shot a .22 shotgun he loves to watch my husband clean them and he talks about wanting to go shooting with dad at the range some day. He is still pretty young so he has to wait a while, but if he picks it up as a hobby I think my husband would be ecstatic.

  • My children are 2 and 3 and we all love music

  • My boys and I love nature walks and hiking in the woods. The boys are avid hikers, and they both go barefoot. I have a hard time keeping up with them. A lot of times my dad comes along. He’s a barefoot hiker too. He grew up barefoot. I’m feel odd sometimes being the only one wearing any shoes. Usually I just wear sandals, but sometimes on difficult hikes I’ll go for my oxfords. It’s not easy keeping up with two or three pairs of nimble bare feet. We all love being outdoors though.
