I just noticed today on one of my budgies there are these kind of redish spots on his face, above his cere. His face feathers are white, and i saw the red spots. What could it be? And i will take him to the vet today if I have to, im really worried now. Oh and none of my other 5 budgies have the spots. Thank you.

Not really sure, could be mites. Good thing your taking him to your vet though. Does he play with any toys that are red by chance? Good Luck!
Budgies will pull out their possess feathers if depressed but if it’s only across the anus then i doubt this is the case as they might pull the feathers out around the chest. He is ancient and Male’s don’t have any severe behaviour alterations when getting equipped to breed. It sound that this might basically be a sign of historic age or poss mites. Your vet will be competent to support.
